1. Title: Start with a catchy and informative title that accurately reflects the content of your research.

2. Author(s) and Affiliation(s): Provide the names of the author(s) and their affiliations, making it easy to identify who contributed to the study.

3. Abstract: Summarize your research in a concise abstract of no more than 300 words, highlighting the key objectives, methods, results, and conclusions.

4. Keywords: Select 3 to 7 keywords that capture the core concepts or themes of your study.

5. Introduction: Provide a clear and engaging introduction that sets the stage for your research, outlining the background, research questions, and objectives.

6. Methods, Techniques, Studied Material, and Area Descriptions: Describe the methods and techniques used in your study, including any materials or areas that were investigated. This section should be detailed enough for others to replicate your research.

7. Results: Present your findings in a logical and organized manner, using tables, graphs, or figures to support your conclusions.

8. Discussion: Interpret and analyze your results, discussing their implications and relating them to previous research in the field. Highlight any limitations or potential areas for further investigation

9. Conclusion: Summarize the main findings of your study and their significance. Avoid introducing new information in this section.

10. Acknowledgments: Acknowledge any individuals or organizations that contributed to your research but did not qualify as authors.

11. References Cited: Provide a properly formatted list of all the references mentioned in your manuscript, following the appropriate citation style. By following this order, your manuscript will flow smoothly and ensure that readers can easily understand and follow your research.

2. Acknowledgments should follow in the main text and be headed
ACKNOWLEDGMENT(S). In the case of a project/research work that was funded or
sponsored by a funding agency, funding name (sponsor), and funding or grant
the number should be added.

3. In the text, references should be cited by the year and the name(s) of the author(s)
in brackets, from the newest to the oldest. If two literatures have the same year,
they should be arranged in alphabetical order; if there are more than three

are two authors, use “and” between the two names; such as “(Smith et al., 2019;
Solomon and Lucky, 2018; Jude, 2020)”.

4. Tables should not be double-spaced but single-spaced. Units should be given
once at the column heads and not throughout the table. While the table should be

3 – if these are in the middle/end of the sentence
.
6 SI units are recommended

7. Variables, such as temperature (T), pressure (P), length (L), etc., should be in italic
type, for example, T, P, L, ….; vectors should be bold and italic.

8 . Footnotes should not be used.

9. If abbreviations are used in the text, they should be defined in the text at first use,

• EPS
• PNG (preferred format for photos or images)

• TIFF
• JPEG

2. All font should be “Times New Roman”, font size should be 8, and Variables, such
as temperature (T), pressure (P), length (L), etc., should be in italic type, for
example, T, P, L, ….; Please supply images as near as possible to the actual size
that you expect they may be printed.

REFERENCES
1. All literature cited in the text should be arranged in alphabetical order at the end
of the text under the heading REFERENCES CITED.

2. If the reference is in any other language except English, such as in Arabic, a
statement should be added like “(in Arabic with English Abstract)”. The following
system should be used for arranging references.
